Access Control and Sharing in DAM

How to share assets with access control using user groups and media collections

• Navigate to the user groups section to create a new group for sharing assets.
• Name the group, add Media Library Restricted Access users, and click 'Submit' to create it.
• Right-click on the folder you want to share and select 'Invite+' from the menu.
• View the list of Media Library Restricted Access users and groups available for sharing.
• Select the users and user groups you want to share with.
• Set the appropriate access level for each user or group to maintain workflow control.
• Click 'Submit' to share the folder with selected users and groups.
• Select multiple assets and choose 'Add to media collection' to organize them.
• Create a new media collection or add assets to an existing collection.
• Navigate to the media collection, right-click to open the Share menu, and select 'Invite+'.
• Choose users, user groups, access levels, and click 'Submit' to share assets via the media collection.
